Use this form for specific engineering, spare part, or nsb machine inquiries related to your production site. This form includes more fields than the general contact form, allowing us to identify the machine and the originally sold project.

Explanation of the input fields:

First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Company, and Message are the same as in the general contact form and are self-explanatory. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

 

Type
This specifies the size and model of the machine, whether it is a compressor, vacuum pump, or special design. Examples include SB, PMH, PMZF, as well as PG, PMZE, or P3MK. The type is followed by the size and configuration, e.g., SB2.08-150E.
On the system nameplate, the type indicates the complete system name, followed by each stage machine type. Please enter the full system type as shown.

 

Machine Number
You can find this on the machine’s nameplate. Systems also have a number on the plate, which may be the same as the machine number. If they differ, please enter both numbers or describe the discrepancy in the Message field.
